Inside
When you are sailing inside there is usually very little wind. It is VERY shifty and will occasionally shift 45 degrees in any direction. Be ready for this by watching boats ahead of you, and looking for puffs. make sure you know your rules because the senior el toros are always there and ALWAYS dont know their rules, yell at them if you have to, but all in all just try to stay away from them
Southampton
When sailing at southampton there is usually wind. Always be aware of the current, and always stay on top of the wind shifts. It is sometimes puffy so just watch for puffs, and go to them. Be prepared for wind, but you never know what you are going to get.
